Our Mission
The Disaster Resilience Coordination Institute (DizRec) is the academic and research arm of The Transparent Relief Foundation. We advance evidence-based approaches to disaster relief, response, and recovery through rigorous research, open methodology, and practical frameworks that improve outcomes for affected communities.
